Hot Snot!

Today was an interesting day. We had a consultant come in and go over
this technology that allows us to use ASP to connect to our Unisys mainframe
via COM objects. Blah blah blah. It’s neat to me because we don’t have
to rewrite all of the mainframe programs.

I still have to say that the best part of my job is being able to go
in and make a difference. I hope that the students that I help feel that
I am doing a good job. I like being able to send people away satisfied
instead of angry or frustrated like so many other departments on campus.

Life is good all around.
