Race as an Admissions Policy

The Supreme Court is hearing the affirmative action case about the white students who were denied admission because of their race. I guess it seems pretty cut-and-dry to me… but this sounds like discrimination based on race, which violates the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. I am so sick of arguments about “reparations” and crap like that. I’m also sick of hearing the term “reverse discrimination”. Discrimination is discrimination. The sad thing is that if you look on Webster you will actually find a definition for Reverse Discrimination.
