Weekend at Bambi’s

We bought a patio set last night and so I decided to sit outside this morning with my lunch and paper and enjoy the nice morning. Not more than
one minute after I had settled into my Best Buy flyer, I heard a rustling in the bushes on the hill across from my house. I looked up and saw two fawns running around in the bushes looking for food. One of them came down about 15 feet away from me. I raced inside and grabbed my camcorder. I got a few minutes of footage of the fawns and their mother getting their grub on.

The fireworks show was pretty cool. We were able to watch it from the top of our hill in our subdivision. It was fairly weak compared to previous years,
and my dad said that we were lucky it happened at all. Apparently the only reason we had a fireworks show this year was because Saturn of Eau Claire
sponsored it. I took some footage with my camcorder (which made it easier for me to see the show) and cut it together.
