Charter gave me 2 Mbit download speed until March for no particular reason. It’s pretty sweet and it doesn’t cost me anything. I did a speed test and it came out pretty close. What to do?!

I’m getting tired of this. I’ve been having problems with my sinuses for almost four weeks because of the ragweed. Now I think I’m getting a cold on top of it, because I’m much more tired now and I had a slight fever last night. Work is hell when you constantly have to blow your nose or get out for a walk. I swear it’s something at work, as others are having difficulties as well.

I finally got down to it and started working with Java. I’ve already got a pretty good handle on it. I’m rewriting a code repository that I did in ASP last year and so far I have all of the data retreival working. Sweet. Now I just have to work on inserting and updating new code.

My mom and dad were over yesterday and we hung around my house watching Simpsons until Carissa came home from work. Then we all sat down and had a good spaghetti dinner and some sweet Oreo-cookie pie my mom made. We had gone out shopping earlier and I picked up some “ice java” syrup that you can use to make iced coffees. Just add milk and ice, man. This stuff rocks! I should probably get to sleep so I don’t waste my whole day off tomorrow.
