Catching Up

It’s been a little while since I’ve written, and there’s been a lot going on.

Mom’s doing some more aggressive therapy now. She spent the last four days in the hospital for some in-patient chemotherapy. She’s home now, but she will be going back to the hospital in a few weeks for more chemo, and then to Marshfield for a bone-marrow transplant. The hope is that after the transplant, she’ll go into remission. I don’t even want to think about the alternatives.

My HTPC is completed. I purchased the Media Center software tonight and installed it. There’s a new version coming but I’m not thrilled about what I’ve seen. I’ll have to wait and see.
