Finished Looking

Most of the houses we saw were just awful. We were starting to feel like we weren’t going to find anything good in our price range. The house I was exited about just isn’t big enough. It’s very nice and really well designed, but it’s pretty small.

We did find one place, though. It has five bedrooms and a huge basement. It doesn’t have air conditioning, so I’m very apprehensive about that. Carissa loves it, and there’s some things about it that I like too. The living room seems a little small, but there’s some hardwood floors which would be very nice. It would need to be painted though, and the carpets would need a good cleaning because the people who lived there smoked. I could tell from the smell. The upstaris is really neat. There’s a room with built-in bunkbeds that I think Ana would love. There’s also a lot of crawlspaces along the side of the house.

I want Dad to see it, so Carissa is going to set up a second showing and take him over there to do his inspection.
