Celebration

We spent about two hours going over paperwork and signing forms. We made our offer and John had already talked to the seller’s agent about the offer. John seems very confident that they will accept the offer. If they do accept, we will move in around April 20th, which will give us a week to paint and move.

We grabbed some pizza and watched The Holy Grail with Erich and Josh. Josh had never seen it before and although he didn’t think the ending was very fair, I think he enjoyed the movie. He sure laughed a lot.
