The Downstairs Bathroom Remodel – Part one

Jason started remodeling the bathroom today. This is a project I’ve wanted to get done for a long time, but we didn’t have the money or the time. Here’s our current bathroom for those of you that haven’t seen it.

We got off to a late start but made really good progress with the demolition. There was quite a bit of stuff to tear out, and he was constantly amazed at how bad things were, especially under the floor.

We spent some time at Menards getting the stuff we needed, and by the end of the day we had the new sub-floor in place.
